We are off to a sorghum molasses stir off this weekend. Trying to squeeze every last bit of fun and goodness out of this beautiful fall season. What will you be doing?
A bit of both, I think, Danielle. I hope we get to stir! I will be writing an article for the paper about the day so I will be doing alot of observing and picture taking too.

I'm still mesmerized by the idea of a molasses stir. Seems so foreign to this Canadian. Then again, I've never sugared off either (maple syrup).
