That last photo is precious! And may I inquire, are those bowling shoes? If so, I AM so jealous that they are VELCRO!! We always seem to get the circa 1970's pair with nacho cheese encrusted laces!
Indeed!! Bowling shoes, Amie. I too was quite thrilled with the velcro~ found at our local bowling lanes. I love your description of "nacho cheese encrusted laces". Priceless!
I enjoyed the article in Kentucky Monthly magzine June July 2012 issue. I'm a blogger myself, but my day job is Museum Director. We are located a little north of Cincinnati and I'm wondering if you present talks to groups about the art of homemaking. I'm looking for someone to talk about the Christmas home. If you are interested please contact me at www.wchsmuseum.org.Thanks
Two things. What is Bama style tea? And, did you know we married men with the exact same hair?
Haha!! Cheryl...Bama Tea is Alabama tea...which is REALLY sweet tea. And yes...our men are very similar in hair, looks and stature. I have taken notice of this too! We have good taste, don't we? ;)
