A Giveaway

Last week I posted about my love of Classical Stretch. I love, love, love this exercise program and am reaping such amazing benefits from it ~ best of which is an almost complete healing from ongoing back pain that neither chiropractic care or physical therapy could do.
"Classical Stretch is a combination of scientific stretching, PNF, tai chi, yoga, ballet, physiotherapy and chiropractic movements. It plays with the concepts of agonist / antagonist and joint rotation to speed the rate of elongation and strengthening which results in a leaner looking body. It also focuses on spinal rotation and joint alignment, liberating the back from pain and improving posture."
I am not the only one singing the praises of this workout. Models, movie stars and professional athletes are loving the results too!
The team at Classical Stretch have been so amazingly generous to send the Complete Season 6 DVD Series with 30 workouts for me to giveaway here on the blog~ a $72 value!! So from now until Sunday night, Sept. 25th at 9pm EST, please leave a comment in today's post (one entry per person, please). A winner will be chosen at random and announced here Monday morning.

In the meantime...check out Miranda's super great blog, Esmonde White House and friend Classical Strech on Facebook here

I have been having constant back and hip pain for seven years. If I could solve it with stretching....Oh, the joy! If I don't win this giveaway, I am going to have to invest in the series on my own!f

  5. My step mom recommended Classical Stretch to me. I have been doing it for two weeks now. I need to lose a major amount of weight, I know it won't happen over night. I feel so good after her work outs. I might not feel it the same day I do it, but the next day- oh man! I have heard her say several times, "ballerinas never do sit ups and yet they have flat abs" That was so interesting to me, and gives me hope that I can shrink my tummy without doing countless numbers of situps. Thanks for your post!

  8. Goodness, I am all about this! After breaking my leg last winter, I am looking for things that would get full range of motion back, although that may never happen with as many pins and screws as my leg is sporting now!

  9. This sounds so intriguing! I've been looking for something to jump start my work out routine and Classical stretch sounds like something I would actually enjoy doing.

  10. I came across this blog a couple of weeks ago and have already bookmarked several recipes and projects. When you covered Classical Stretch, I searched on NetFlix, but it wasn't available on streaming. A DVD would be great to meet my ever-changing schedule.

  11. Thanks for that post Megan. I've added this to my wishlist for Christmas since I can't get the programs here in Armenia. It sounds awesome and I'm soooo happy that you're having such great results. I think this will be great for Jason and me too. Jason has literally tried EVERYTHING, aside from surgery, to no avail, so this could seriously be a Godsend.

Sounds wonderful! I'd love to try this program, I'm usually a runner or extreme workout participant, but after having 2 ACL surgeries my body might benefit from a different type of workout. Love the blog!!

  22. I haven't commented on your blog in a long time, so I feel a little guilty commenting on a giveaway day. But, if it's worth anything, I check in here almost everyday & love your writing. :) Thanks for always inspiring me! I'm excited to surprise my husband with the Butternut Bourbon Ice Cream (he's not a fan of butternut squash, so I figure what a great way to sneak it in!).

Anyway, my husband is dealing with a tremendous amount of Sciatic Pain right now. It's come & gone over the past couple years, but lately it's been increasingly causing him problems, so much so that he mentioned to me last night he's considering Chiropractic (which is a big deal for my husband who rarely lets on when anything is wrong). He's been doing the Stretch & Yoga exercises on P90X which help during and immediately after, but the Classical Stretch seems like it could really help in the long run. It'd be such a blessing to give this to him!

Thanks for such a tremendous giveaway!
And thanks for taking the time to bless your readers amidst the craziness of raising a family & running a family business (which I hope to visit someday!).

  25. Even if I don't win this, it's still high on my "to buy for health reasons" list once we're financially stable. It's lovely to have a chance with this generous offer, however!

(Love your blog, m'dear, even if I rarely comment. It's always encouraging and a bright spot in my day. I'm sending my aunt your pumpkin recipe-links this weekend since she's far more likely to use them than I am.)

Tuesday the Dr said they wanted to do surgery. I cried so much they said they would try the steriod shot and also to try to make the cyst against my spinal cord reduce. I would LOVE to win the video and take care of the pain my self. My step daughter Kim told me about this. I hope to hear I am the winner, the pain is no fun.
    thanks Michelle

My only exposure to Classical Stretch is the 30 minute Express workouts, but I love this method! I really wish that my PBS station carried the show so I could have access to the season episodes. I've convinced my sister to try some CS episodes (her PBS carries it) after letting her know how awesome I feel after doing a CS session.
